Level 03 — The work
Rico Construction Inc builds in three disciplines.
01Commercial.
Tenant improvements, shell construction, and ground-up commercial projects. We coordinate trades, hold the schedule, and hand over a space that is ready to open.
02Residential.
Custom homes and multi-unit residential work, managed from permit through final walkthrough, with one point of contact for the whole build.
03Renovation.
Structural remodels, additions, and full-property renovations — including phased work on occupied sites where the building has to keep running.
Level 02 — The crew
The site is under construction. The crew is not.
Rico Construction Inc is taking on work today and reviewing bids for the 2026 season. The new website will catch up.
